Is Nonduality Good or Bad for Your Health?

Monks in caves might look peaceful, but throw them into modern life and watch the chaos unfold.

Here's the thing about diving deep into oneness and spiritual awakening - it can mess with your head if you're not careful. The mind starts playing tricks on you, whispering things like "pain isn't real" or "this body doesn't matter" while you're sitting there with real problems that need real solutions.

I've seen folks get so lost in the absolute that they forget they chose to be here in a human body. They float around saying everything is perfect while their health crumbles and their relationships fall apart. That's not awakening - that's spiritual hiding.

The sweet spot lives right in the middle. You need one foot in the spiritual realm where your soul knows all the answers, and one foot planted firmly in this messy human experience where bills need paying and bodies need healing.

Your spirit sees the path forward when your mind is just guessing. But you can't ignore the body screaming for attention or the relationships that need nurturing. Balance is everything.

The mind hates change and will drag up old stories to keep you stuck. That's when you pause, breathe, and remember who you really are beyond all the mental chatter.

Speaking of finding that balance, my latest podcast episode dives deep into this exact topic. "Is Nondual Good or Bad for Your Health" explores how to use spiritual awareness without losing your grip on reality.

Perfect for anyone tired of choosing between being spiritual or being practical.
