Breathe Easy, Live Big: Leo Marrs Uncovers the Secrets of the Breath

ree

Most people spend their whole life trying to become something they already are.

Kind of like having a winning lottery ticket in your pocket while standing in line to buy more lottery tickets. You're searching everywhere for the thing that's been with you the whole time.

Leo Mars discovered this truth in the strangest way possible. He was running a nightclub and living the entrepreneur life when he stepped into a shower one morning and boom. His whole world cracked open like an egg.

For three or four minutes he experienced what he calls his Buddha nature.

No thoughts. No stress. No separation between him and everything else.

Just pure presence.

Then it vanished.

For years after that he kept slipping into these incredible states where everything flowed perfectly for weeks at a time. Then he'd contract right back into fear and stress and wondering what the heck happened to that peaceful version of himself.

Here's what he finally figured out. We're walking around with 13.8 billion years of evolution inside us. Our bodies already know how to heal and create and thrive. But we don't trust it because we're too busy trying to improve ourselves into something we think we should be.

The breath became Leo's doorway back to that shower experience. Not because breathing makes you better but because it reminds you that you're already enough.

That's exactly what I explore with Leo in this week's podcast episode. We dig into how presence actually works and why your stressed out mind keeps you from accessing the vibrant soul that's been there all along.

You can catch the full episode right here in the Vibrant Soul Society.
