Also, there is a common belief that one must go on a healing journey to figure out how to create healing in the body.
I was on a healing journey for 38 years, seeking relief from various health issues. Throughout this time, I visited numerous doctors and tried countless medications, yet my health continued to decline. After 38 years, I received seven diagnoses that required taking 13 different drugs, potentially for the rest of my life, while relying on a cane or walker for mobility.
One day, my healing journey came to a stop! I realized that my thoughts were not the truth and keeping me sick!!
Unknowingly, I had created blind spots. Two significant blind spots were my addiction to the belief in my "incurable" disease diagnosis and my addiction to my thoughts.
I later saw that my mind was filled with negative chatter, which I call Head Trash. I threw out the garbage and healed by following my inner healer.
